Not sure if it’s restaurant changes (quality and quantity)or location I was at. I’ve been to broadway store many times but haven’t been in a while. But at loop and 31 store now. It’s about 150. Not busy. Chicken doesn’t seem as flavorful as I remember it. Bread “acting old” (falling apart) I got the box meal with an extra bread. They don’t give as much sauce as they used to. Instead of the larger container like they used to it’s about half the size of cane sauce. Didn’t even get enough to finish my 4 fingers. However was able to get another for no charge. Sauce does twist different to me. Still good just different some how… not as good. Everything else was great!!! Especially the tea!!!!! The staff was exceptional! They all seamed to WANT to be at work and seamed to LOVE their job and with the younger generation that is not seen often. Canes my suggestion.. if you changed a few things to save a dollar… GO BACK the extra dollar you were spending made the food much more worth it. Just because of the changes in taist and look that I noticed was disappointing to me because when I walked in I was expecting what I used to get.. sometimes that extra dollar isn’t worth saving if it messes

I went through the drive through about a week ago and didn’t realize until I got home that there were a couple things wrong with my order. I called and explained, and today went back and they remade it perfectly! The manager I spoke to (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was very gracious and apologetic, I was very impressed and grateful for his and his team’s professionalism and customer service. Cane’s will continue to be a staple for me!

For a fast-food restaurant, It has really great fried chicken with wavy-lightly browned, non-greasy and non-overly-loaded salted fries! We liked the dipping sauce for the chicken! Not spicy but definitely addictive to repeat dips and eats. Coleslaw was perfect- just right on taste! Family friendly vide and a bit of sports vide to the place! The tables were cleaned quickly and throughly after customers left. Must be a favorite place to eat at, because it was busy at the time with customers both in drive through and dinning in. But it seems like a regular basis of being busy type of place due to how great the service and food is!

Okay so I ordered food around 2 am and I got home started eating and noticed two strands of long dark red hair in my Caniac combo box…. Hmmm wonder how that got in there!!🤔

Rude staff and management. Cold small pieces.Cole slaw should NEVER be warm yet it is. Way too many chicken places in Texas to spend your money here. If you get a meal Canes charges extra for crappy lemonade. Laynes is just two buildings over from this overpriced grease pit, and no extra charge for really good lemonade. Laynes has really friendly and attentive staff and way better quality food. Cotton Patch has amazing chicken and really nice staff too. Same experience at the Canes Loop location. Long time Canes customers on and off since we moved to Texas. It never gets any better. They simply don't care and it shows. 👎👎👎👎👎
